Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Vajrastep LLC, doing business as Vajra Studios (“we,” “us”), governing your use of Fabulosa and the Celestial Salon (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. Questions: info@vajrastudios.com.
You must be 18+
The Service is for adults 18 years or older. By using it you confirm you are 18+.
What Fabulosa is — and isn’t
Fabulosa is an AI companion, cultural advisor, and witness. She is not a real person, and her responses are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Service is not professional advice (medical, mental-health, legal, or financial) and is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact emergency services, or a crisis line such as 988 (US) or the Trevor Project (1-866-488-7386). Don’t rely on the Service for decisions that need a qualified professional.
Your account
Access is invitation-based. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or end access for misuse or violation of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the system or its prompts/models;
- misrepresent the Service’s outputs as human-authored where that would mislead or harm;
- use it on behalf of anyone under 18, or share access with minors.
Intellectual property
Fabulosa — including her character, name, voice, likeness, and the Service itself — is owned by Vajrastep LLC (d/b/a Vajra Studios) and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service. You receive no rights in the character or other intellectual property. You keep ownership of what you write to her; you grant us the permissions needed to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Preview / alpha
The Service is offered in an early stage. It may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued, and features may not always work. It is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vajrastep LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for reliance on the Service’s outputs.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
