Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have when you use Fabulosa (“the Salon”), operated by Vajrastep LLC, doing business as Vajra Studios (“we,” “us”). Questions: info@vajrastudios.com.
Who can use Fabulosa
Fabulosa is for adults 18 and older. We ask you to confirm you are 18+ before your first turn.
What we collect
- Your email and first name — to create or request an account and to contact you.
- Conversation text — only kept for review if you choose to allow it (see “Your review choice”). You can turn this off at any time.
- Voice — if you use voice, your speech is streamed to our processors to turn it into text and to generate Fabulosa’s spoken replies. We do not record or store audio.
- Quality & usage information — content-free signals about how the system performed (e.g. whether safety steps fired, how many turns, approximate cost). This holds nothing identifying about what you said and is kept to keep the service working and within budget.
Your account information
Your first name and email are stored in Fabulosa’s own database (with Supabase, our database provider) and used only to operate Fabulosa — to create and secure your account, send your invitation and any password-reset or important account notices, and contact you about the service. We do not sell, rent, or share them with anyone outside the service providers listed below, and the developer only views your email when it’s needed to run Fabulosa or to answer a request from you. Your first name is used only to address you in the app and in emails. Providing a name and email is required to have an account; the mailing list below is optional.
Service emails vs. the mailing list. Account and service emails — your invitation, password resets, and important account or security notices — are part of operating Fabulosa, and you’ll receive them while your account is active. Our mailing list is separate and optional: only if you opt in (when you request an account) will we keep your email on it to send occasional updates about Fabulosa. You can unsubscribe at any time — that won’t affect your account or the service emails above — and if you ask us to delete your account, we remove your name and email and take you off the mailing list.
Sensitive topics are excluded from review
Independent of your review choice, our system is built to keep sensitive content out of any review store. Before anything is kept for review, each exchange is screened; anything that looks like it touches any of these categories is excluded — racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, genetic or biometric data, health (including mental health), sex life, sexual orientation, gender identity, or immigration status — and when in doubt, we exclude it. On our memory-less surfaces, that content is not retained at all.
Your review choice
When you enter, you choose whether the developer may review your ordinary conversation to improve Fabulosa. Both choices give you the same full experience. If you allow it, transcripts are reviewed only by the developer and are not shared outside Vajra Studios. You can change your choice at any time; if you turn review off, the conversation gathered in that session is deleted when the session ends.
Service providers
We use a small number of processors who handle data on our behalf:
- Anthropic — generates Fabulosa’s replies (your messages are sent for processing). Privacy
- Hume AI — voice: speech-to-text and text-to-speech. Privacy
- Supabase — secure account, authentication, and database storage. Privacy
- Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-abuse / bot protection at sign-up and sign-in. Privacy · Turnstile addendum
- Resend — sending account and invitation emails. Privacy
We require our voice processors to operate in a no-logging / transient mode so audio is not retained by them.
Safety
Fabulosa is an AI, not a person, and is not a crisis or medical service. If a conversation suggests you may be in crisis, she will encourage you toward real human help (such as 988 and the Trevor Project). Please seek qualified help for medical or mental-health needs.
How long we keep things
Account information is kept while your account is active. Reviewable transcripts are kept only with your consent, for a limited time, and are then deleted. Content-free quality information may be kept to operate and improve the service.
Your choices and rights
You can turn review on or off at any time. You can also delete all of your kept conversations yourself, at any time, from your account page (all-or-nothing; this can’t be undone). The content-free quality information described above is a separate system and is not part of that deletion. You can also request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and data, by emailing info@vajrastudios.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA.
Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
